iPi Accounts Receivable Officer

 iPi Transport Limited is inviting applications from qualified and passionate individuals for the role of Accounts Receivable Officer, responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable operations.

Key tasks include promptly preparing Statements of Account (SOA) within one working day after the end of each month and dispatching them the following day. The role involves identifying and resolving account discrepancies in coordination with customers within five working days. It includes raising credit notes for invoice errors (with managerial approval) and handling back charges between company entities.

The officer will track customer balances, ensure payments are made within agreed terms, and perform daily follow-ups on overdue accounts. Regular updates must be given to the Financial Accounting Supervisor and Financial Controller. Other duties include reconciling accounts, preparing collection and aging reports, issuing receipts within one day of receiving payments, and conducting bad debt reviews with provisioning advice.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with 3–4 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Pronto or similar software and Microsoft Office is essential. Strong communication, time management, and initiative in raising issues are key traits.
